Sobo & Sobo Achieves Successful Settlement for Construction Worker

Middletown - A construction worker from Howells achieved a successful settlement in February, for serious injuries he suffered when the ladder that he was standing on collapsed, causing him to fall approximately ten feet. As a result of the fall, the worker suffered serious injuries to his wrist and knees, requiring three surgeries. The law firm of Sobo & Sobo represented the construction workers and won its argument that the fall was caused by the faulty ladder. Sobo & Sobo also argued that the worker would never be able to return to his job in construction. "Choosing Sobo & Sobo is the best decision I ever made", said the worker.
