MIDDLETOWN - An Orange County man was awarded the defendant's entire motor vehicle insurance policy for serious injuries that he suffered to his back as a result of a November 13, 2005 car accident on Route 17 in the Town of Monroe. The accident caused a herniated disc, which resulted in surgery. The victim had back surgery several years before the crash, but Gregory Sobo, Esq., of Sobo & Sobo, successfully argued that the car crash severely worsened the victim's injuries.
