BRONX, NY - A Middletown Man achieved a successful settlement in Bronx County Supreme Court, for a May 17, 2003 car accident. The man was sideswiped on Route 84 near Beacon, but the case was brought in Bronx County Supreme Court. He sustained a herniated disc and damage to his shoulder that resulted in surgery. The law firm of Sobo & Sobo represented the victim. "We often handle cases throughout New York City", said Greg Sobo.
