Middletown - A local school bus driver suffered serious knee injuries and a broken bone in her hand when an oncoming car swerved into her lane and collided head-on into her school bus. The bus driver, who had an exemplary driving record, underwent knee surgery to repair a torn meniscus caused by the collision.
