MIDDLETOWN, NY - A Middletown man was awarded the defendant's entire insurance policy as compensation for a shoulder injury that he suffered in a car accident on October 14, 2003, in the Town of Wallkill. The accident caused a torn rotator cuff, requiring surgery. Sobo & Sobo, which had recently received a $540,000 verdict in another personal injury case, reached the settlement without having to file a lawsuit.
