Car Crash Causes Herniated Disc

As seen in the Times Herald-Record

Sobo & Sobo Achieves successful settlement for the victim

Middletown - An Orange County man was awarded the defendant's entire motor vehicle insurance policy for serious injuries that he suffered to his back as a result of a September 21, 2005 car accident on Route 94 in the Village of Chester. The accident caused a herniated disc, which resulted in surgery.

The insurance company claimed that the herniated disc was caused by degeneration and not the crash.

Gregory Sobo, Esq., of Sobo & Sobo, successfully argued that the crash caused the victim's injuries. "Just because someone has degeneration in their spine does not mean that they have any pain or limitations", Sobo said.

"I recommend Sobo & Sobo to anyone who has been injured in an accident", the victim said. "The firm really took the time to understand me and my case."

More details about the settlement can be obtained by calling Sobo & Sobo at 343-SOBO in Middletown.
