Sobo & Sobo Achieves successful settlement for the victim

Poughkeepsie - A construction worker achieved a successful settlement in Dutchess County Supreme Court for serious injuries he suffered from falling off a ladder. As of a result of falling ten feet, the worker suffered serious injuries including a fractured wrist and four fractured ribs. The law firm of Sobo & Sobo represented the construction worker and won its argument that the fall was caused by the failure to provide required safety devises. Sobo & Sobo also argued that the worker, a pipefitter, could not return to work in construction because of permanent damage to the fractured wrist. "I am so glad I put my trust in Sobo & Sobo", said the worker. "Everything they told me at the beginning of the case came true."
