|
MIDDLETOWN – An Orange County woman won a successful settlement as compensation for serious injuries she suffered to her back when she was attack by her neighbor's pit bull. As a result of the attack, the woman suffered permanent scarring and a herniated disc in her lumbar spine, resulting in two lower back surgeries. The victim had prior low back pain, but Gregory Sobo, Esq., of Sobo & Sobo, successfully argued that the attack significantly exacerbated her injuries. The case settled one week before the start of the trial. "I recommend Sobo & Sobo to anyone who has been injured in an accident", said the victim. "I am very glad that I was referred to Sobo & Sobo." More details about the settlement can be obtained by calling Sobo & Sobo at 343-SOBO in Middletown, or 569-SOBO in Newburgh. 22 NYCRR 1200.1 requirement: "Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome" |
