MIDDLETOWN, NY - An Orange County woman received the compensation she deserved for an accident that occurred at her college when she tripped and fell over a sudden dip in the floor of a women's bathroom. Not knowing where to turn, she picked a lawyer from the yellow pages to help her. After working on her case for a short time, the lawyers told her that she had no case. She then turned to Sobo & Sobo, L.L.P., for help. Sobo & Sobo argued that the dip in the floor created a serious tripping hazard, causing the young woman to fall and fracture her left arm, resulting in surgery.
