MIDDLETOWN, NY - A Newburgh woman obtained a successful settlement from an incident where a depression in the floor of a department store caused her to fall. As a result of the fall, the woman tore her rotator cuff, resulting in surgery. The law firm of Sobo & Sobo represented the accident victim and successfully argued that the dangerous depression in the floor caused the fall. "Sobo & Sobo believed in my case", said the victim.
