MIDDLETOWN - A Middletown woman recently received the maximum amount of the defendant's insurance limit, after suffering a fractured ankle from a car accident on December 14, 2006. The fracture required surgery, including the insertion of a plate of screws. The law firm of Sobo & Sobo represented the victim and achieved the settlement.
