MIDDLETOWN, NY - A Sullivan County woman was awarded the maximum amount of the defendant's insurance limit after suffering a fractured wrist in a car accident that occurred on December 23, 2003. Doctors performed two surgeries to repair the fracture and damage to her carpal tunnel on her right hand. The law firm of Sobo & Sobo represented the accident victim.
