Sobo & Sobo Achieves successful settlement
|
A 73-year-old Middletown woman received a successful settlement after falling as a result of a hole in the pavement of an apartment complex parking lot. The fall caused her to suffer severe damage to her left hand, resulting in surgery. The insurance company for the apartment complex argued that the woman should have been more careful while walking. The law firm of Sobo & Sobo represented the woman, successfully arguing that the fall was caused by the hole in the pavement. "No matter how old someone may be, patrons of stores and businesses have the right to walk without encountering tripping hazards", said Greg Sobo of Sobo & Sobo. More details bout the settlement can be obtained by calling Sobo & Sobo at 343-SOBO in Middletown. 22 NYCRR 1200.1 requirement: "Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome" |
