MIDDLETOWN, NY - A Middletown man was Awarded a substantial verdict as compensation for a shoulder injury that he suffered as a result of slipping on ice at a construction site in Monroe. The accident caused the shoulder to become dislocated. Surgery was required. Sobo & Sobo represented the injured worker. "When safety is ignored, construction sites can become extremely dangerous", said Gregory Sobo. The decision was rendered on February 1, 2005, in Orange County Supreme Court 22 NYCRR 1200.1 requirement:
