MIDDLETOWN - An Orange County woman was awarded the defendant's entire insurance policy for serious injuries that she suffered to her neck as a result of a May 24, 2005 car accident in Middletown. The woman's neck required surgery. "We are very pleased that we were able to get the maximum amount of the defendant's insurance policy", said Gregory Sobo of Sobo & Sobo, LLP. "Victims of serious neck injuries deserve compensation for the unbearable pain and suffering they experience."
