MIDDLETOWN, NY - a Middletown woman achieved a successful settlement for an accident that occurred on December 7, 2004, when a car traveling over 45 MPH struck her as she was crossing the road. The impact threw her body several feet and caused a fractured wrist and scarring to her face. The law firm of Sobo & Sobo represented the pedestrian and achieved the settlement by proving that the accident was the fault of the driver. "Now that summer is here, drivers should be sure to watch out for pedestrians," said Greg Sobo.
