MIDDLETOWN -A Middletown woman achieved a successful settlement from a car crash that occurred on October 14, 2005, when the driver of a Jeep swerved off the side of the road and struck a tree. The driver was legally intoxicated and driving without a license. As a result of the crash, the victim fractured her left ankle and needed two surgeries to repair the fracture. The law firm of Sobo & Sobo achieved the successful settlement with the defendant's insurance company after filing a lawsuit in Orange County Supreme Court. "Sobo & Sobo was always there for me when I needed them", said the accident victim. "The firm really helped me get my life back on track", she said.
