Sobo & Sobo Achieves successful settlement for the victim

GOSHEN - An Orange County jury awarded the victim of a rear-end collision $500,500 for pain and suffering, for the worsening of a neck condition resulting in surgery. The victim was considering surgery before the collision, but the accident significantly worsened the injury, causing a more serious surgery. Complications during the surgery nearly caused the victim's death. The defendant argued the victim's injury was not worsened by the collision, because the accident caused only slight damage to the victim's car. "The jury should be commended for understanding the very complicated medical issues involved in this case", said trial attorney Greg Sobo, of Sobo & Sobo, LLP. "Car damage has very little to do with the damage caused to its occupants." "I was amazed by the skills of Greg Sobo in court", said the victim. "I could not have chosen a better law firm than Sobo & Sobo."
