MIDDLETOWN - A Middletown Man obtained a successful settlement from a fall on a wet dance floor in a popular Middletown nightclub on April 2, 2005. As a result of the fall, the victim fractured his ankle and underwent two surgeries to repair the fracture. The law firm of Sobo & Sobo represented the accident victim and successfully argued that a bouncer warned the nightclub that the floor was dangerous twenty minutes before the fall. "Sobo & Sobo believed in my case and it showed in court", said the victim. "I am still in pain, but the settlement will help me get my life back", he said.
