NEW YORK - A Poughkeepsie man won a significant settlement on August 6, 2008, for serious injuries he suffered to his left eye, including damage to his optic nerve that resulted in complete blindness in that eye. Sobo & Sobo represented the victim and successfully argued that the injuries were caused by the defendant's negligence.
