Sobo & Sobo Achieves successful settlement for the victim
|
White Plains - A hearing officer awarded an Orange County woman the maximum amount of the applicable motor vehicle insurance policy for serious injuries that she suffered to her neck as a result of a May 24, 2005 car accident on Dolson Avenue in Middletown. The accident caused a herniated disc, which resulted in neck surgery. Gregory Sobo, Esq., of Sobo & Sobo, successfully argued that the crash caused the victim's injuries. The insurance company argued that the victim's neck injuries were not caused by the accident, but after a hearing, Arbitrator Vernon Welsh awarded the victim the maximum available recovery. "Sobo & Sobo never stopped fighting for me", the victim said. "To anyone who has been injured in an accident, I recommend Sobo & Sobo wholeheartedly." More details about the settlement can be obtained by calling Sobo & Sobo at 343-SOBO. 22 NYCRR 1200.1 requirement: "Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome" |
