MIDDLETOWN - A Middletown man was awarded the defendant's entire motor vehicle insurance policy for serious injuries that he suffered to his shoulder as a result of a car accident on January 7, 2006, at the Galleria Mall. The accident caused a torn rotator cuff, which required surgery. It was not until the first day of trial that the insurance company offered the full amount under its policy, for the settlement. "Sobo & Sobo was ready for trial, and that is when the insurance company settled", the victim said. "I really believe that the people at Sobo & Sobo made all the difference in my case."
