MIDDLETOWN - After three days of trial, an Orange county man received a successful settlement for serious injuries to his neck and shoulder as a result of a car accident caused by a drunk driver. The injuries required the victim to have surgery on both his neck and shoulder. Sobo & Sobo represented the victim and brought the case against the drunk driver and the bar that allegedly over-served him. On the third day of trial, the case settled to the victim's satisfaction. We are able to settle most of our cases without a trial", said Greg Sobo of Sobo & Sobo. "This was a rare case where we needed a trial to help bring justice to the victim", Sobo said.
