MIDDLETOWN - A Middletown woman obtained a successful settlement after falling down a flight of stairs in her building. As a result of the fall, the woman suffered a fractured ankle, requiring surgery with the insertion of a plate and screws. The law firm of Sobo & Sobo represented the victim and successfully argued that the stairs were unreasonably dangerous, causing the fall.
