MIDDLETOWN, NY - An Orange County woman was awarded the maximum amount of the defendant's insurance limit after suffering an injury to her left wrist in a car accident that occurred on September 28, 2004. The law firm of Sobo & Sobo represented the woman and successfully argued that there was significant damage to the tendons and nerves in her left wrist, leaving her unable to work. The woman first met with Sobo & Sobo in August of 2005. the case settled for the maximum amount only three months later.
