Gary M. Sobo, Esq. has been practicing law in Orange County since 1972. He has extensive experience in real estate, probate and estate matters, business formation and counseling, eminent domain, and general litigation.
Gary Sobo graduated from Rutgers University and Rutgers University Law School in 1969. He performed successful trial work as the Deputy Assistant Attorney General of the State of New York, and again as the former Assistant County Attorney of Orange County. While acting as an attorney on behalf of the County, Gary Sobo won several notable cases, involving complex legal issues of property law and labor law.
A published author in the field of real estate, Gary Sobo has performed literally thousands of closings throughout New York. He is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts, the U.S. District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Supreme Court. He is also a member of the New York State Orange County Bar Association and the Middletown Bar Association.

Gregory M. Sobo, Esq. graduated from Pine Bush High School in 1990, and graduated with honors from Colgate University in 1994. Greg then became the 10th ranked springboard diver in the United States, and made a run at the 1996 Olympic Games. Greg Sobo attended the Syracuse University College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was named one of the 10 best prospective trial lawyers by the National Institute of Trial Lawyers Association.
Greg Sobo began his legal career at a top New York City firm, Dechert Price & Rhoads, where he served on the trial team representing such notable clients as Philip Morris, Inc. Greg now concentrates his practice on personal injury, where he has won numerous trials and settled many cases. He has represented clients with all types of injuries, including wrongful death and brain injuries. In fact, Greg Sobo is a published author in the field of negligence and personal injury law, where his works have been recognized by authorities such as the Supreme Court of Massachusetts.
Gregory M. Sobo, Esq. is currently admitted to practice in the New York State Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of New York. Greg is a member of the American Trial Lawyer's Association, the New York State Trial Lawyer's Association, the Mid-Hudson Trial Lawyer's Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and of the City Bar of New York.
Greg remains active in the community, and has volunteered his time to help coach a local high school mock trial team.

Dwayne T. Williams, Esq., our most recent associate, will be practicing personal injury law.
Mr. Williams is a graduate of Pace University Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1998. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the State University at New Paltz. He attended Monticello High School.
Prior to joining Sobo & Sobo, Mr. Williams practiced law at firms in Newburgh, Scarsdale and Carmel, N.Y., and was employed by the Legal Aid Society in Brooklyn, NY.
Mr. Williams is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Sullivan County Bar Association.
