I was raised in a family where the importance of education was emphasized. People say I always argued as a child and was told I was good at it. My family taught me to fight for the underdog if the cause was just. I became a lawyer because it enabled me to fight for what’s right in the most meaningful way.
The challenge of being the best lawyer I can be is my passion. I love the strategic thinking, the action and perseverance required. Each case is different and even ordinary cases produce amazingly complicated issues. I especially enjoy cases where new inroads can be achieved.
I strongly believe in a team-based approach to litigation in which all members of the team are called upon to utilize their unique talents and to be their personal best. The team will enlist the plaintiff as an important member. By involving the plaintiff on the team, we benefit from his/her viewpoint and experiences. Understanding a clients’ circumstance is the key to providing the most meaningful representation.
As a lawyer I have come to recognize the service we provide to clients is paramount. It is intensely satisfying when a great result is achieved or a difficult situation is sorted out. As a personal injury attorney, I try to fulfill my calling to change peoples’ lives for the better and enable a dramatic improvement in a person’s life circumstances. While I am extremely proud of some of the multi-million dollar results I’ve achieved, I am equally happy knowing I’ve helped an injured person get a financial recovery which helps that person achieve better care and a more comfortable life.
