New York Real Estate Lawyer
I received a B.A. from University of Florida in 2001. And my J.D. from New York Law School in 2004.
I’ve been practicing real estate for 12 years. I have a true passion for it. In real estate, you learn about people, communities and life in general. I’ve been a real estate broker, owner, investor, purchaser and seller, in order to learn all aspects of real estate and I find it all fascinating. I love learning about different areas of the market as new deals come in.

Choosing Jeana Pinto, Esq to represent your client will provide you with an attorney with very real experience, who has actually been an extremely successful Real Estate Broker herself, with over $100 million in her own sales, bringing a unique qualification to the table for the benefit of the agent, and the client.
In the past, I have worked on many Manhattan coop, condo and commercial acquisitions and refinances. Previously, as General Counsel for a boutique development company, I was able to work on larger acquisitions, construction law and complicated corporate matters.
My initial approach with a client is getting to know about their deal, what they hope to accomplish, what they think is fair or unfair and trying to find a common ground to make all sides satisfied. More often than not, the purchase or sale is a big event in the client's life. It's important to make them feel comfortable and understand the process from start to finish. If a corporation is purchasing a large property, it's important to know the best way to structure the transaction in order to protect the individuals.
